On Monday February 7th 2005, The East Antrim Astronomical Society
will host its "Andrew Trimble Memorial Lecture". This will take
place in The Thompson Primary School, Ballyrobert, Co.Antrim. The
guest speaker for the evening will be Mr Mark Sweetnam (Trinity
College Dublin, and Senior Lecturer at Schull Planetarium Co. Cork).
The title of his lecture is "Creationism…A Credible Cosmology?", and
it starts at 8pm sharp.We will also be honoured with the presence of
the Mayor of Newtownabbey at this meeting. You can read the full
