Hi All,
This months talk will be given by club member Roy Stewart, he'll be discussing "The moons of the solar system"
Also, we'll be discussing the sky in april using starrynight. ,

IF the weather is good, we'll cancel Roys talk and hold an observing session in the grounds of Mary I and watch an occultation of 2 bright stars (37Tauri & 39Tauri) by the cresent Moon. This is a rare enough event so everyone who can make it, do bring along your scopes as this event happens in an instant, no time for sharing an eyepiece, 2 club scopes (10" SCT and 12" Dob) will be available along with the 25x100 binos, details can be found at

Admission is Free
The venue is Mary Immaculate college, Limerick, 8pm.
