It would be great to have everything up to date by the time Cosmos comes around (ie: April!)
Many thanks,

Apologies in advance as my post is a bit off topic, I see Bernie mentions "Cosmos". As the start of April is a little over five weeks away, would it be possiblle to to get some details on this event or could the organisers start a dedicated topic here on the forum?

I just had a look Pat and was surprised there's nothing on the home page about Cosmos - it's on in Tullamore from 13th to 15th April and it really is an enjoyable weekend - if you haven't been before it's definately worth the visit. You can see details on Midlands Astronomy Club's page: www.tullamoreastronomy.com/pages/cosmos-2012.php
I'm sure there'll be details on the IFAS page somewhere (Seanie??). Unfortunately, I can't make it this year but I hope to be there in 2013.....

There will be a concise programme of events listed on this website by the weekend, our final speaker only confirmed last week. We started well in advance of Christas past for this April - in the end, we went rhough around 15 invites to get the 7 confirmations needed for the programme!
All is coming to IFAS's forums real soon.
