Did anyone have a look at Mars? If so, at what magnification? Any clouds spotted?

Hi guys,
I'd just like to thank everyone there, it was my first meet-up and unfortunately wasn't able to have our scope with me, so thanks to all who shared their equipment. Great weather and great people!

Looked like a great night last night, I would say it was brilliant up there!
I just managed s few binocular sweeps before midnight, sleep was calling
No chance of anyscope being set up.

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Glad to read that the mount is behaving itself Mike, it's funny, but whenever something goes wrong we always think the worst, when sometimes the solution is quite simple.
