I hope to come along too, will meet you at the Trooperstown car park, if that's OK. Trooperstown is significantly darker than Sugarloaf, so this will be a good opportunity for the imagers.

Thanks to everyone who came out last night.
It wasn't too bad but it began to cloud up badly at 1AM so we decided to call it a night.
At least the meteor was worth it. Not as good as the last one but you can't have everything.

Always good to get out Michael, true, the early evening was wonderful, but that is the Irish weather.
Yes, that meteor was fantastic, the long green tail made it memorable, certainly the first green meteor I've ever seen.
