Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Checked the skies here at 9 and it was still cloudy, the same at 9.30 so decided to spend time with the missus.
At midnight, when we were going to bed, I checked the skies and it was starting to clear, but looking at Jupiter it looked to have a halo.
Listening to the DJ on the radio this morning he said that the skies at 5 were fantastic.
Tonight is supposed to be good, but you can never tell.

Yeah I went up the loaf last night, stayed til about half ten - clouds were HELL. Came back home to Templeogue and voila, clearing up. Typical. I set the scope up in my back yard and stayed up til 5 am though. FEELING IT TODAY THOUGH!
Saw M45, Jupiter and loads of meteors. Good times!

At least you got to see some sights, it's nice and clear now, with luck it will remain so.
