IFAS Chair - Congratulations was created by manic_dave
On behalf of all the members of MAC Committee, I would like to congratulate Seanie Morris on his appointment as Chair of IFAS.

Seanie is an amazingly committed promoter of Astronomy and we have been lucky to have him in our club for many years.

His tireless work on Cosmos, Outreach, Talks and just the go to person for everything is staggering.

I am in no doubt he will bring all this and more during his time as IFAS Chair.

Many Congratulations indeed to Seanie from myself and all of us at the IAA, and I'm sorry I couldn't make COSMOS this time around - work commitments ruled it out I'm afraid.

Also, Many Thanks indeed to Dave McDonald for a very successful three years in the Chair, that seems to have flown past!

Wow, thank you very much for the kind words! It is an honour to be voted in as IFAS Chair, now if I can only fill in the numerous shoes that preceeded me, I should be ok!
