The IAS' monthly Sidewalk Astronomy session will be held on the 7th February at the Martello tower car-park in Sandymount from 8 to 10PM.
We will be observing the 7 day old Moon and the planet Jupiter.
This is a free event and all are welcome.

I don't know, Michael, about Friday night weather. There is another storm coming to our shores. Maybe you have better weather forecast information than me.
What I would love to see is my favourite Lunar feature -Rupes Recta. It is right on the terminator.
