Something official will come up on the boards from our committee as soon as we all get back normality, but I would just like to thank everyone who came down to Athlone and made our first Cosmos there a massive success.
For me the highlights of the weekend included the Quiz on Saturday, I think the move to after dinner is a winner, Marys talk Saturday and Will Gater. not only did he deliver a great talk, but also took the time to speak to so many people over the weekend. I watched as he answered a question from a young lady sitting in the front row, and the manner in which he replied to her reminded me why we do events like this. to encourage the next generation to science.
