Trying to understand the Universe is a complex enough task without this guy muddying the waters. I'm about 3/4 of the way through Roger Penrose' book The Road to Reality: A Complete Guide to the Laws of the Universe - not for the faint of heart or if your shy on maths, please don't tell me I've now got to throw all this out ?
Anyway truth is stranger than fiction and I doubt this even comes close to what nature really has in store for us.
Saying the Universe is a computer program (albeit quantum) sounds like a failed atheist looking for a new religion.

Thats a brilliant book. It does exactly what it says on the cover! I'm using it as an encyclopedia at the moment for coursework.
