To be honest, certainly as regards the 11" 'scope, I was surprised at the fairly low spec. An LPI imager is really an entry level piece of kit. But then I guess it depends on the nature of the work being carried out...
I'd also wonder about the light pollution. And the way the pier is mounted to the roof of the building...
But I guess it works.
Didn't see any observatory code for it - that would be easy enough to obtain.

but what a way to go.

yea, the lpi certainly got my attention....
I suppose the setup is more for training purposes then anything else.
