MilkyWay in the sky over Carlow in Aug - Sept

Hello, can anyone please tell me if I can see the MilkyWay over Carlow/Kildare/Kilkenny/Wicklo over Aug - Sept. I wold only love to compose a shot of this galaxy and I am having a hard time locating it without any assistance

Hello Shane,

The Milky Wat will be visible from the South East to the North West around 11PM at the moment.
If you have a PC or laptop available to you download Stellarium from stellarium.org/ to help you plan the shot.

Have a look at the Skellig Star Party Facebook page to get an idea of what you will see.
