new to this...looking for some extras.... was created by lennonj
I have just bought a new telescope and im looking to get some extras for it. The telescope is a 1400-150 reflector 6". Is it possible to get an electric motor for this type of telscope and also a camra to take pictures? If so were in dublin can i get these and what would be the avrage price of them be?

Hi,
Whether you can get a motor for the telescope depends on the mount that you have bought? You can buy equipment in the astronomy ireland shop ( www.astronomy.ie/ ) but they are pretty expensive, there are a few places in the UK you could try such as:
