Great solar prominences today was created by gnason
For those with solar scopes, hope you've been looking at the sun today. On the southern limb (top in PST as view is rotated 180 degrees), there is a prominence hearth of four relatively small bar-shaped prominences (SA) and another seemingly disconnected bar prominence (SA). Close by is a large bar-shaped prominence (SB) associated with a beautiful Quiescent hedgerow prominence. On the northern limb is a stunning large arch-shaped prominence (BB). Check it out before the sun sets!
