Seriously, even if you just have a white light filter, it's worth taking a look at the sun today. Nice sunspot complex near the centre of the disc.

Great image Michael, lovely proms! If I can get lucky I'll try to get a close up but it's jsut constant sloud at the mo.

It's be great to meet up at some stage and compare the single filter with the double stack. Will you be heading to Whirlpool this year?
