Super image there Trevour. One point - when you select the disc image feather it by about 2 to 3 pixels so that it blends into your prominence

Great stuff Trevor,
its good to see the same activity at a different time.
Can I ask how many frames did you use?

Wow, pretty neat Trevor! It has that look that it has erupted from just over the limb. Great picture!

Cheers guys, came out nicer than I thought it would.
Seannie, visually it almost looked like two prominences, one part shooting up from this site of the limb and the other on the other side, almost like an arc. It really was a nice sight.
Same prominence as DaveG captured but I've a long way to go before getting to that level
Dave, I think it was in the region of about 1200 frames. I usually take about 2000 frames at 15fps and end up dumping about 800. The vids were mixed with clear spells and some passing clouds.
Thanks for the hint about the feathering Dave. Been trying to find the best way to blend them together. I had been using a combination of a blur brush and layering.
Cheers,
Trev
