Howdy again,

Took some shots of Venus last night - man the seeing was MAD!!!! Looking at individual frames it was either a blob, a boomerang, a half donut, etc.

Ya gotta love Registax though. Here's the image also showing the phase in late February and May. Quite some colour separation due to poor seeing but it's interesting to see how the better seeing on the night in May helped the image.

Sorry for the poor focus on a couple of the shots.

Can't wait to see the crescent start to form now.

A nice sequence Trevor, Venus can be a a very tough one to get sharply.
What'll surprise is just how big its gonna get over the next 2 months.
