Reports int he past hour that there has been a firebeall seen on jupiter. Only one report from a BAA observer at the moment, but Pete Lawrence and Chris Lintott asking if people can take a look.

Chris Lintott: Got report of a fireball on Jupiter (NEB L1=335, L2=219, L3=257) at 11.35 UT. Site should be visible shortly - astrophotographers be ready!
Pete Lawrence: Report comes in from the BAA based on a visual sighting transmitted through another seasoned Jupiter observer. Location of impact is in north equatorial belt at L1 335, lat +12 degrees

Worth a look if you have clear skies. Site will be in view till 2am or so.
