I doubt it will be life - but its mission was to find out if Mars ever had the conditions that might have supported life in its distant past???? As Carl Sagan would perhaps say - it would be profound either way as to whether we are alone or one of many life forms that exist or existed elsewhere.....anyway, can't wait and hope its not something stupid like "we can see your house from here" :woohoo:

I read on few foreign sites that this story actually was blown out of proportion...To quote :
"My team thinks that this mission will go to history books"
And not like some journalists claimed that discvery that "Curiosity" MADE will go to history books.
