Below is the summary of the siscussions at the light pollution conference in Europe this year.

It contains the 'Declaration of Genk' which is if you like the new dark sky manifesto for Europe, which I gave support to but didnt travel to the conference.
The declaration isnt much use on its own, but you may like to use it as a basis for a letter to your MEP's. Our colleagues around Europe are taking similar action to try and improving lighting at the European level.
