If you look though, the Light fittings on the roundabouts seem to be full cutoff.
However the oldest section is not.

And hopefully the new lights going in will be full cut off also.

The NRA told me that they are only lighting interchanges on new roads and even then they will be using full cut off flat lamps. If they are not let me know and I'll see whats changed.

That would appear to be the case alright. The 2x3 lanes from Dublin to Naas are now lit up with full cut-off lighting.

At least on the positive front, I see full cut off light going up everywhere there is development, outside many new department stores and industrial parks.

The problem still is the sheer number of them :roll:
