[OT] Anyone any good a diagrams? was created by albertw
Hi,

I need to produce original diagrams based closely on the diagrams in the ILE light pollution doc. www.britastro.org/dark-skies/pdfs/ile.pdf

My efforts at drawing a similar diagram can easily be betterd by a kid with crayons... Anyone able to help?

Cheers,
~Al

What size are the drawings to be?

Pretty much the size that they are in the pdf. They are for another A4 leaflet that must use original work. Ideally some scalable vector image would be best as thats what the printers will prefer.

You could always ask the ILE if you could use their diagram. If you tell them what it's for they may well mail you the original and give permission. I've done that before for other purposes. Ask anyway - the worst they can do it say 'no'. You'd probably have to give credit in the small print or something but that's fair enough.

Fair enough. I won't ask ... :D

Anyhoo - my sis-in-law is a designer - she'll do it for me I'm sure. What exactly do you need on it? Mail me on mynick.at.gmaildotcom if you like to save clogging up the board.
