Some of you have mentioned to me at starparties that you have seen planning permission granted to homes, but there have been stipulations that no floodlighting was permitted.
I'm particularly thinking of Kerry and Clare where they have light pollution guideines in the development plans.
If you could send me details of any such planning permissions, ideally with reference numbers or the web page, that would be of great help.
A colleague of mine elsewhere in the eu is working on some legislation and it would be very helpful to cite evidence of the implementation of laws (or planning guidelines in our case) from around europe.
