1) Skellig Star Party Long Weekend - especially the BBQ : )
2) Meath Astronomy Public Observing Events - even caught a Jupiter moon transit one night for people who had never seen Jupiter before.
3) The Teapot and surrounding treasures (Both in Kerry and for three weeks in South Africa) Mars was also passing through.
4) A lot more time spent observing and sketching in general
5) The Ring Nebula - spent a lot of time on it and got in some great observations with real clarity.
