Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Hi all
For the first time since God knows when I managed to get out for some observing. I had intended to hunt down some Herschel clusters in Orion, it turned out the seeing was a lot worse than I thought and I was incapable of finding any. I moved onto Gemini, being higher in the sky the seeing was a little better and managed to sketch H69 (NGC 2129).
Here's the sketch, hope you like it.

Thank you, Paul.
It has been a very long time since I observed NGC 2129.
Recently I did enjoy M35.
Good photo, Paul. And you are indeed correct about the sky conditions. I was not free to do any observing on Friday night. But I could tell the air was very moist as I drove into Dublin City.
Aubrey.
