I agree too with Michael and Kinch.
Meanwhile on Russia Today (news TV channel), I just got the end of a news report mentioning that some Irish astronomer observed the impact and showed the very same video on a news bulletin as we have here. Unfortunately, I missed if they mentioned John McKeon.
