Well not quite.....however it looked that way before dawn this morning when the wanning last 1/4 moon rose in the eastern sky after 03.30. A small dark cloud bank covered the southern tip of the moon so it looked like a bright orange shark fin...a gorgeous sight! Note the weak earthshine to...
