One of my Holmes sketches was Astronomy Sketch of the Day on November 5th.
If you access this link after today you may need to scroll back to see it.
As the IFAS link is included perhaps more astrosketchers will pay a little attention to these busy boards.
Last night I had the unusual SPOOKY  pleasure of showing Holmes to a group of 25 Brownies their 7 minders. ( very good ratio ) 20 boy scouts and a smattering of parents, in a very very dark graveyard in Greystones.
No one minded the tombstones as Holmes got all the attention it deserved.
I made sure all the kids could ID Holmes naked eye so that they could tell their friends. They have been invited to watch it and sketch its movement over the next week or so. I will give a prize to any of them who make an effort with this task.
