We had our DAS meeting lastnight with a good turn out...just want to say thanks to everyone that attended and to everyone for making myself and Derek {navman} so welcome @ our first meeting looking forward to many more.........
weather was good so we had our scopes out an got some great viewing done ie m101,saturn,mars,sirius,pleasides to name but a few...and our excellent photographer steve doin some star tracking hope the pics turned out good
I picked up some great tips/info from eugene,steve so thanks for that chaps...
Eugene provided excellent views of mars,saturn with his home-made dob and all the tips that us novices need :!:
