I was just after passing Borris in Ossery heading up the N7 to dublin around that time. I saw a bright light about 90deg left of the rising moon (Roughly NNE). It was heading roughly SSW but i lost it as it passed out of view from the wind screen. Wasn't sure what it was but possibly could have been this. It was a point source a bright white colour. No visable trail that i could discern. At first i thought it was a plane with it's landing lights on (But coming from where with it's landing lights still on) or a helicopter (Again from where with a light on). it travelled from about 40deg to 70deg in about 90 to 100secs. I hope this is of help in identifying the object.
