Well, I was frustrated enough after my first CaK experience (see Observing Equipment) that I had to have some "recovery time" on the H-alpha setup.
There were 3 main prominence complexes today, with a few other very small ones thrown in around the limb. In fact, I think it was the most activity I've ever seen. I sketched the loop first:

It's been so long since I've gotten any sketching done, and the weather was holding up so well, that I went ahead and did another.
I got the aspect ratio wrong on this one -- all three elements should be taller given the width I've drawn them at. But the "tree" part was quite fun to sketch.
