Saggittarius was created by jonathan
By luck would have it the sky cleared and i was treated to a crisp clear views of the delights that
saggi has to offer M22 was my first port of call and the view through the binos was glorious a very nice star cluster, heading over to the right M28,8,20,21 where all easily visible from these
i moved up through to M24 which was stunning M18,17,16 where observed as well finished the session at 02-00 hrs sat morning.

Yeah, M22 is a personal favorite of mine. How was M28? I don't appear to have that one logged....

What size binos were you using?

Cheers,
-- Jeff.

Yeah, me too, I was out last night also with my 15x70mm Astrophysics binos, offering super views of the summer milkyway. A beautiful night and a lovely shot Jonathan.

Thanks for the replies i was using a pair of strathespey 100mm binos with interchangeable eye pieces i used 20 to 14 mm meades the 20 mm gave a nice field of view, jeff m 28 was not as good as m22 but it was clearly visible i guess i was lucky catching a clear spell as the seeing was very good when i looked at the time i was shocked i had spent an hour and a half going round sagi it is looking clear for tonight so i hope to get out again for round 2:)

took these as well last night.

That's a great site you have there Jonathan, I too have a reasonably goos view south. I must check out those binos, I bought the 20x90mm from them about two years ago and they are great.

I'd love the interchangeable eyepieces!
