Hi all
Chased the clouds for a time last night, they cleared away a couple of minutes before I decided that I was going to quit so I got a little sketching before the enxt lot arrived and got the following three.
I hope you like them.
M81
This galaxy has a very obvious nuclear core that stood out from the surrounding nebulosity. I wasn't able to detect any details in the nebula.
M82
I could easily spot a dark division in the galaxy's appearence, it split the galaxy in two approximately halfway down
NGC 2362
The Tau Canis Majoris cluster was something that I was delighted to pull in, it has a declination of -24 57, therefore it is low in the sky. It is dominated by Tau that blazes forth from the surrounding stars. From more southerly locations I would imagine that this is a delight to see.
Thanks for taking the time.
Paul
