Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Hi all
For the first time in months the skies cleared and I was able to get some sketching done.
Here's todays offerings and I hope you like them.
M16
The cluster was easy, the nebula was extremely diffuclt and only the use of averted vision showed some small amount of detail, it doesn't really show up in the sketch.
M17
Amazingly easy to see, despite being low in the sky. Am I correct?
M75
A very bright core with a diffuse shell of nebulous material
M13
I had put off drawing M13, simply because it terrified me with the amount of details to see. Putting it off no longer I began and enjoyed every minute of the process. Going back and forth revealed much more details and there was always something to see. Overall it took about 45 minutes.
Thanks for the times.
Paul

Great sketches Paul, I love the M13 one, such fabulous detail, also M16 is a great target, pillars of creation and all, it's a pity that the nebula itself is not so bright, and yes M17 is a lovely bright nebula, I hope to image it soon....
