three X-flares and the earth poles are in danger again.

I've never seen the aurora, so I really hoping that the sun will oblige as it enters the most active phase of its cycle.

The new (?) OVATION auroral forecast software ( helios.swpc.noaa.gov/ovation/ ) looks cool. It showed a little blob of possible activity over Ireland last night, though with the almost full moon and lots of cloud I could not see any aurora. I wonder how accurate it is.

I don't know if it's got to do anything with the flare but at one stage yesterday and this morning I was getting cut off during phone calls.anyone experienced same problems or that's a sign that I need new phone

Its a possible cause of signal problems my sky wasent working this morning, now with that said it could be just like your phone nerro or maby they have switched off the satellite, did anyone elses sky give trouble.
