I observed this large dark sunspot over hours and did two sketches. One sketch was at 11:11 UT followed by another at 14:02UT. For both sketches I used my dob 200mm objective stopped down to 50mm. Telescope FL 1,200mm 14 mm eyepiece with Baader filter paper. Pencil on paper. Interesting to see the changes over the time. Inbetween I was also observing in h alpha , and noticed a large bright prom leaving the sun close to AR 1714 , very fast movement.
