anyone else catch any leonids last night or this morning was created by dave_lillis
Hi all,
While heading out to an observing site this morning to see Ison, there was an extremely bright leonid fireball at 6.17am, it passed through the center of Cepheus, it was easily as bright as the headlights of a car 50 meters away, easily brighter then the Moon, brightest fireball I've see in a long time,
Anyone else see anything ?

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

I saw one before five o'clock this morning, it shot from Leo down towards Bootes, it was fast, white in colour, magnitude would have been about -3.
