"seeing" Estimate for your observation place was created by Eirikg

I found this link on a norwegian site, but its for other countries too

This is a seeing estimate, but in the scale 1(poor) to 5(best). Seeing is a scale for atmospheric conditions.

Yeah

I have this on my weather website. The forecasts are fairly good too. The seeing scale and jetstream info is great.
