I've always found it a little amusing that when I buy a new scope, or binoculars, it always seems to be cloudy.
So buying a PST in California in June should be safe... You'd think... I'd like to take this oppertunity to apologise to all Bay Area astronomers for the completly overcast conditions in this part of California today. Its my fault, I bought the PST.

Just don't back here too soon. Skies are still fairly clear and there's some nice detail on the sun today.

but what a way to go.
+ 12"LX200, MK67, Meade2045, 4"refractor
