I've asked myself that question many times, and not just in relation to diodes either!

In all fairness, how much would it cost Meade to have a diode put into the circuit? Cents probably..... I just can't understand that kind of thinking, thier instruments have enough 'quirks' as it is.

If you blow the scope this way, it's not coverted under warrenty and YOU PAY FOR IT, meade get more money. Cynical or what :lol:
