Hi all

Just thought I would let you guys know about the excellent service at Telescope service. I ordered a tripod from them on Friday PM and it was delivered today Wednesday am. via UPS. Thats quick.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. They are the best scope shop around.

Not only are they significantly better value than most in Europe but they are willing to help out with advice on any purchase. I actually ordered some Losmandy rings & dovetail from them and Patrick got back to me with a good price but asked me to check something on my scope before getting it. Turned out he was right and I didn't need the rings at all. Saved me a bunch.

I purchased a 200mm Newt, eyepieces and a bunch of filters and accessories from them and they always arrive within 3-4 days.

Any questions I send via email are always answered within a couple of hours.

Their great customer service works; I nearly exclusively buy from them now.

Ditto here. Bought a number of items off them. Find them great to be honest. Patrick is very helpful and won't try and flog you something you don't need.

I have to agree, I've been very impressed with Telescope Service. They gave very good advice when I was buying a scope. Also I found their after sale service is very good.

I have dealt with telescope-service too, and found Patrick very honest to deal with. My goods arrived within days and in good working order. I will be dealing with them again!!!
