Just ordered the 1.25" WO carbon fibre diagonal for the portable 8"LX10 scope. I also got a 2" adapter and 2"-1.25" adapter with compression rings to hold it securely. I will give it a review when I get a chance to use it.
I have a 2" diagonal on the 11" but its too heavy for the LX10 unless I take it off the fork mount which I don't want to do.

i have the 2 inch version for i got my Lx200 and if it is anything like it you won't be disappointed. it is a huge improvement on the standard meade one. would you not get some counter weights to balance the scope?.

I am trying to keep the scope as simple and light as possible as it is mainly used as a grab and go instrument. The fork arms (old 2080 style) are not that robust and the extra weight would make it more difficult to handle (vibration, set up etc.).
I have a 2" revelation diagonal on my 11" CGE and I have used this on the LX10 but it gets a bit unwieldy. I like using the fork arms for visual use, easy set up and no messing around.

A carbon fibre diagonal, I have to say I haven't seen one of those before, an interesting purchase there John, looking forward to seeing it.
