Thje "Horizon Heavy Duty Tripod" (£79.99)in this BCF London link is ideal for those binocs.

www.telescopehouse.com/acatalog/Online_C...ogue_Tripods_46.html

I bought one along with 25x100s from BCF last year.

The tripod is steady & solid & smooth & can effortlessly handle those heavyweight binocs.

Perfect pairing.

Peter.

Clear skies :P then any of the following - at 25x100 your field of view should be about 2.5 degrees, that five full moons across at most, so you can look at the:

Moon
Starclusters, namely the pleiades, Messier clusters (see M24 in summertime!!!)
Nebula ( Orion Nebula in winter M42, Lagoon Nebula in summer M8)

I could go on, there would be well over 100 things you could see with these, now if the clouds would go away........
