LMAO. I was wondering when someone was gonna mention Farther Ted.

Today i was in Woodies and i picked up a lovely little plum line spirit level (about €6). Its about 2 " long. The reason i bought it is because of the fact that i'm in a wheelchair and if i set my mount at its highest leg setting...........its too high....................if i set it on the lowest..........it's too low...........and anything in between is purely eye judgement.

The spirit level will alow me to set my mount at the right hight for me. Once i get it to where i want i can mark the position with a marker pen.............

So €6 seems kinda expensive for a one off use item. But then again i dont own a spirit level and i have shelves to put up to hold my increasing collection of books.

I hope the clouds clear before i spend a serious amount of money on things i dont REALLY need.

I just cant help it.....no matter where i go i'm always on the lookout for things that may be useful for astronomy.

Today i even bought a permenent marker pen to write the size of my EP's on the lids of my EP's and the colour on the side of my filter box's.

PLEASE GOD DONT LET ME WALK BY A TELESCOPE SHOP before the clouds clear.

I'm avoiding Artane like the plague cuz i know if i am even remotely close to the AI shop................I'll do something silly.
