The term "re-silvering" is often used instead of "re-aluminising".
I don't think aybody would put real silver on a dob. mirror.

No. I suppose they wouldn't.
Indeed what I did mean by Re-Silvering was in fact re-coating.

Does anyone have any spare Teflon they are not using.
I need only a few small pieces for the base of the Dob and

I have 2 2inch strips left over from the obsessionator conversion to a goto scope, not alot and not enough for what you want probably.
