No problem Brian, if in doubt, try a Search (link at the top of the page) and add in various search words. We try to prevent duplicated threads where possible.

Thanks for the replies
I guess I will go for the 30mm 80 degree eyepiece
So I just have to figure out which would be better, a 2 inch Moonfish 15mm or a 2x 2inch Moonfish Barlow Lens. Any help would be appreciated, I don't want to take up too much of your time.
Seanie, I will use the search from now on
You may want to merge this thread with the other one

My next scope is going to be a Vixen VMC200L Catadioptric OTA

I'd go for the 15mm EP. Barlows can dim images because of the extra lens involved.

Thanks Paul,
I took your advice and ordered the 15mm EP
In the end I also ordered the 32mm Wide Scan 70° 2" Eyepiece, I just wanted more sky.
I have to get a better mount for this tube, so I will get the 30mm Ultrawide 80° 2" Eyepiece and the barlow after I have sorted out a more stable mount.
At the moment I'm using the mount from a Traveler 76mm Reflector telescope.
h8349.serverkompetenz.net/htdocs_travele...ontent.php?idcat=275
With a bit drilling on the the mount bar that came with the Traveler, I got the scope up on to the EM5 equatorial mount, but its not an easy job to keep objects centred, as the size of the tube makes it hard to reach the right ascension cable, and the weight of the tube is also hard to control.
Also, there is a lot of "shake" I don't know the astronomical term, but on a higher magnification e.g. 12mm, the object in view, moves away, with the slightest touch. So a sturdier mount like an EQ 5 Mount, or better is on the cards.
Also thanks to
Matthew C , wellbuttie and lunartic, for your input and time, like I said I'm new at this. Someday I may also be able to help others as you have helped me.
Thanks
Brian

I love my 32mm EP. Objects are smaller but you get more sky around them (the bigger picture...so to speak).
Barlows magnify everything by 2 including shaking and wobble of the mount.
A good mount is a MUST really.
Not all Barlows are bad......just the bad ones. Ive read good and bad about them.
