Hi,

Back in 2005 met someone at an astro B&B in Benson, Arizona. Small hand held device, even on a hazy night the sky was filed with bright stars - amazing!

Not sure of the penalities if you get caught trying to export one to outside USA,

John

Thanks John for the reply, I dont think the guys in the airport would know what to make of the I3, I'd bet they'd let it pass.
I think the I3 may come down in price given the competition by the BIPH, what really appeals to me with the BIPH is the binoviewing aspect of it.

I want to see a live view of it, be it amplified or not, I'm not interested in seeing a stacked frame TBH.
You must ask yourself, what is your aim, if you want a top notch image, go buy a camera, I want a live feed but of course the problem is that it is alot of money.:(
