Lads,
just wondering if I wanted to make or get a solar filter
for this lens what is needed?
(apart from a time machine)
also Eclipse Shades?
Anyone got any to sell?
I'm sure there will be buckets of them over there but...

You could try and construct a filter with a Baader astro solar sheet and some card, there are sites on the web where the procedure is laid out.

What lunartic said. I've also made several for my different cameras and lenses from sheets of Baader and card/paper.
