2" Star Diagonal

Just took a punt on this 2" EP:

Probably not the best but its the only high power 2" Ive seen and it was too cheap not to try, anyone ever seen one or know anything about them? The only review Ive seen is this thread on Cloudynights for the 11.2mm version:
