I got one of those skyscout connect thingy-ma'gigs,
I had the Skyscout before the CGE mount so insted of getting the GPS yokey-ma-bob I got the Skyscout connect to add GPS accuracy, anywho I set it up and hey pesto it works perfectly, however it takes up the RJ11 at the bottom of the Nexstar controller, its basically a large back to the NexStar remote, you have to stuff all the remote cord into a tiny space and put another cord into the RJ11 and sandwich the two bits together leaving you with the usb connection for the Skyscout on the bottom.
Is there any where else I can put my RS232 cable to interface with my programs? e.g. satellite tracking, Cartes Du Ciel?? or do I have to take it apart each time I want to change?
